WICKED Passport Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes")
Official Rules


1. Eligibility:  No purchase is necessary.  Open to legal United States residents, 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.  Employees of WICKED, and its agencies, parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, wholesalers or retailers, or members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.  Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  Prizewinner may be required complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity.  Affidavits of Eligibility/Publicity Releases must be returned within 2 days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected. Only one entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.  Only one prize per person.  Entrant must have a current, valid email address and/or a current, valid phone number.
 

2. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins Friday, October 30, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends Sunday, November 1, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).

 

3. To Enter:  Complete an official WICKED passport.  Alternately, you may enter by sending in your name, address, phone number, and email address on a 3” x 5” index card placed in an envelope, postage paid to Center at the Mall at Short Hills, 1200 Morris Tpke., Mgmt. Office, Suite A-001, Short Hills, NJ 07078, Attn: WICKED Weekend Out Sweepstakes.  Mailed entries must be postmarked by October 29, 2009, and received by October 31, 2009.  Passport is available at the Grand Court and Customer Service Desk while supplies last. Entry must contain five WICKED Day witch stamps, collected from five different participating stores. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes period to be eligible unless otherwise indicated. No e-mailed, phoned or faxed entries will be accepted. The Center is not responsible for printing errors, incomplete, stolen, lost, illegible, mutilated, misdirected or late entries.  All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.  Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes without notice if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, the Sweepstakes becomes infected or otherwise corrupted.  By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final, binding, and conclusive on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

 

4. Prize(s):  On or about Sunday, November 1, 2009, at 4:00 pm Eastern Time, a random drawing from all eligible entries will be conducted to select six (6) winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All prizes include a WICKED tote bag, WICKED water bottle, WICKED puzzle, and Carole de Giere’s book Defying Gravity: The Creative Career of Stephen Schwartz from Godspell to WICKED, for an estimated value of $70.00.  The six prize packs include the WICKED prizes and items from retailers, divided up as follows:

  1. One pair of glasses from Alain Mikli (estimated value between $220), one voucher for one 16” inch Mrs. Field’s cookie cake (estimated value of $29.50);
  2. Aveda products (estimated value of $50.00), O&Co products (estimated value of $150), $50.00 gift certificate from Brownie Points Bakery;
  3. One bag from Betsey Johnson (estimated value of $150.00), $100.00 gift certificate from Paradise Pen Company;
  4. One key chain from Furla (estimated value of $90.00), Molton Brown products (estimated value of $154.00), Hollandia butterfly pillow (estimated value of $29.99);
  5. One voucher for one pair of black boots from Charles David (estimated value of $385.00);
  6. Lancome services (estimated value of $150.00), one certificate for Johnny Rockets dinner for four (estimated value of $50.00).

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be given, bartered or sold.  There are no cash or prize substitutes. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Prize will be awarded if a sufficient number of entries is received.

Winner(s) need not be present to win and will be notified by email and/or phone number on or about Monday, November 2, 2009.  Winner may be required to sign Affidavit of Eligibility; Release and Indemnification and complete a W-9 Form to be awarded prize.  Prize must be claimed no later than November 13, 2009.  If the prize is not claimed within such time, winner fails to meet eligibility requirements or does not sign Affidavit of Eligibility; Release and Indemnification and W-9, then an alternate winner will be selected.


5. Limitation of Liability and Publicity:  By entering Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and that the decision of the winner is final.  Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these rules. However, Sponsor shall retain the right to abbreviate, extend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes without any further obligation due to events beyond its control. 

Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the Sweepstakes passport, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes, or for late, lost, stolen, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this Sweepstakes, which compromises the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to void any entries at issue and/or to suspend, modify or cancel or terminate this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the termination date. 

Prizewinner consents to the use of his/her name, photograph or likeness for publicity or advertising purposes without further compensation where permitted by law.  All entrants release WICKED LLC, and each of its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees and all other associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize, including liability for property damage or personal injury, damages, death or monetary loss.
 

6. Privacy: Unless an entrant has selected to “opt-in” to receive the Ozmopolitan News or other marketing materials on the Sweepstakes passport or official entry blank, information collected from entrant is used only for the purpose of the prize drawing and to notify winners, and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by WICKED or any third party. Once the Sweepstakes, including any known or unknown extensions of the Sweepstakes has ended, all information supplied by entrants will be removed from the database.
